Product function introduction
Make sure that the product has been installed and activated as required by the installation guidelines.
- Power-on : After the power supply is plugged in, the buzzer rings with “Ding” and all the indicators are lit for 2 seconds. At this time, except that the light on the key “Power” is red, the other lights are not lit. Press and hold the key“Power” for 2 seconds, and the machine will turn on with a white light.
- Power-off : Press and hold the key“Power” for 2 seconds in the power-on state to power off the machine, and the red light will be on..
- Long press “Filter element reset” for 3 seconds to enter the selection of cartridge, the indicator light flashes, touch “Filter element reset” to cycle through the selection of cartridge 1-2. Selected cartridge blinking, then long press “Filter element reset” 3 seconds the cartridge life reset. No operation to exit after 5 seconds of completion Selection state, after 55 seconds jump to standby state.
- Long press“Flushing”for 3 seconds to enter the rinse mode and start the cartridge rinsing as described in step 4 of the machine installation activation guide.

The white indicator light illuminateszuo and flashes when the raw water tank level reaches the water change level. When the water tank low water level,“water shortage”icon always light red,the buzzer issued a “ding ding” ring two times, all heating functions stop working; trigger any of the six function buttons on the right side of the display.All heating functions stop working;
Trigger any one of the six function keys on the right side of the display and the water key, the buzzer sounded “ding ding” two times, indicating that the operation is invalid.When the TDS value exceeds 300, the white indicator light will be on to remind the original water tank and pure water tank to change water. -
The reminding indicators are divided into white, orange and red lights.
When the service life of the filter element is more than 20%, but less than or equal to 100%, the indicator of the filter element is white.
When the service life of the filter element is more than 0, but less than or equal to 20%, the indicator of the filter element is orange.
The indicator of the filter element is red when the service life is 0. - The white light is lit for water production, while it is off when finished.
- Light up by default after power-on.
- Lights up white when cooling, and blue when the temperature is below 8°C.
- Before pressing the water outlet button, press“Small cup” to adjust the water volume within the range of 150~250ml, each time you press once Increment 50ml, cycle between 150~250ml, power failure memory.
- Before pressing the water outlet button, press“ Large Cup” to adjust the water volume within the range of 300~500ml, each time you press once Increment 50ml, cycle between 300~500ml, power failure memory.
- Before pressing the water key, you can press 55 °C water, 85 °C water, 100 °C water, and then press the adjustment key “∧” “∨”. Adjust the water temperature.
- Press the key“Water output” directly without selecting the temperature key to output the normal temperature water.

Ice water:
Touch the key“ICE WATER”, the ice water indicator flashes, and the digital tube displays the ice water temperature in real time.
Touch the key“WATER OUTPUT”, the water output key lights up and flashes with the blue indicator, the ice water outputs, and then touch the key”WATER OUTPUT” to stop.
When you don't select the cup size, the default water discharge is about 800mL each time, and the water discharge will stop automatically after the water volume is reached.
When the ice water is discharged, as the amount of water discharged increases, the ice water in the ice chamber will be mixed with the room temperature water entering the chamber, so the displayed temperature will rise is normal. Mixing, so the display temperature will rise is a normal phenomenon.
At this time the water temperature and the display temperature, there is a large difference between the normal phenomenon. -
25°C Water:
Touch the key“WARM WATER”, the normal temperature indicator flashes, and the digital tube displays 25°C. Touch the key“WATER OUTPUT” the water output key lights up and flashes with the white indicator, the normal temperature water outputs, and then touch the key”WATER OUTPUT” to stop.
When you don’t select the cup size, the default water output is about 800mL each time, and the water output will stop automatically when the water quantity is up. (25°C indicates room temperature water, not actual warm water temperature) -
55°C Water:
Touch the key “55°C water”, the warm water indicator flashes, the digital tube displays the temperature value set last time in memory.
Touch the key“Water Output”, the water output key lights up and flashes with the white indicator. the water with the corresponding temperature outputs, and then touch the key“Water Output”again to stop. When you don't select the cup size, the default water output is about 800mL each time, and the water output will stop automatically when the water quantity is up. -
85°C Water:
Touch the key“85°C water”, the indicator flashes, and the digital tube displays the temperature value set last time in memory. Touch the key“Water Output”, the water output key lights up and flashes with the red indicator, water with the corresponding temperature outputs.
Then touch the key“Water Output” again to stop the water output. When you don't select the cup size, the default water output is about 800mL each time, and the water output will stop automatically when the water quantity is up. After selecting“85°C water”, then press” Water Output” before selection”“∧” +“∨” can be in the range of 75-90°C range to adjust the temperature. -
100°C Water:
Touch the key“100°C water”, the indicator flashes, and the digital tube displays the temperature value set last time in memory. Touch the key“Water Output”, the water output key lights up and flashes with the red indicator, water with the corresponding temperature outputs.
Then touch the key “Water Output”again to stop the water output. When you don't select the cup size, the default water output is about 800mL each time, and the water output will stop automatically when the water quantity is up. After selecting“ 100°C water”, then press “Water Output” before selecting “∧” +“∨” can be in the range of 85-100°C range of Adjust the temperature.
Note: If you are in a plateau environment or if there is vapour spraying when the water comes out, please adjust the water temperature downwards until there is no vapour spraying before using. no vapour spray before use. -
Child Lock:
Before pressing the keys“85°C water” and “100°C water”, You must first press the child lock button to unlock before you can exit the water.
Press the keys“85°C water” and “100°C water” directly without pressing the Child Lock key, the buzzer will make two invalid sounds of “Ding Ding”, and the keys “85°C water” and “100°C water” will flash twice quickly.

Plug removal steps
Notice (W51G):
1. When taking hot water, do not reach under the water outlet to avoid burns.
2. In order to prevent dry burning, when the machine is powered on for the first time to get hot water, please first make normal temperature water flow out for a period of time, and then let hot water come out.
3. When the water comes out, if you touch any water temperature button, the water release will be stopped.
4. During the draining process, a small portion of water will seep out along the perimeter of the spout, please wipe it with a dry cloth.

Guidelines for Disassembly and Assembly of the Filter Element
Step 4: Press and hold the key “Filter element reset” for 3 seconds to enter the filter element selection, and the indicator flashes. Touch the cycle to select the filter element 1-2, with the selected filter element flashing. Press and hold again for 3 seconds to reset the service life of the filter element.
Note: Original filter element must be used for replacement so as to ensure the safety of drinking water. For any abnormal situation during the replacement of filter element, please contact the customer service center in time.
Moving the machine
If you need to move the machine, please drain the water first to avoid water leakage causing damage to the equipment during the bumpy transportation process.
1. Lift the raw water tank, pour out the water in the water tank, and dry the raw water tank.
2. Long press“Flushing”+“Water output” empty the machine’s pure water tank after 180 seconds.
3.Pull out the plug of the cooling tank, empty the water in the cooling tank,and then put the plug well.
Maintenance of the Machine
In order to confirm that your reverse osmosis machine can operate normally, please perform regular maintenance.
1. Regular Cleaning of the Equipment
If the equipment has not been used for a long time, please perform a smart wash and rinse before re-use (see 3.3 Function Operation Guidelines for details); in addition, in order to obtain better mouthfeel, it is recommended to perform a smart wash operation regularly once a month.
2. Replacing the Filter Element
There is no need to replace the filter element for the first installation and use of the machine. When the recommended service life of the filter element expires, please replace it with a new filter element.
