For W19
After the fault occurs, please remember the code first and turn off the power.
| Fault code | Reason | Processing mode |
| Fault E1 | After 120 minutes continuously of water purifying, the tank is not fully filled | Check if the water is leaking or the water tank is under water shortage |
| Fault E2 | Inlet water temperature NTC open circuit | Plug-in terminal or replace heating parts |
| Fault E3 | Outlet water temperature NTC open circuit | Plug-in terminal or replace heating parts |
| Fault E4 | Inlet water temperature has been detected below 0-1°C | Use water with 5 °C or more |
| Fault E6 | Hardware heating circuit board fault has been detected | Replacement of heating parts |
| Fault E7 | Ultra-temperature of heating parts | Automatically return to normal temperature after temperature fall |
