Fault description – W51
Fault description (W51 & W51C)
After the fault occurs, please remember the code first and turn off the power.
| Fault code | Reason | Processing mode |
| Fault E1 | After 120 minutes continuously of water purifying, the tank is not fully filled | Check for any leaks Is the raw water tank short of water Is the filter element installed in place |
| Fault E2 | Inlet water temperature NTC open circuit | Please contact after-sale service team |
| Fault E3 | Outlet water temperature NTC open circuit | Please contact after-sale service team |
| Fault E4 | Inlet water temperature has been detected below 0-1°C | Use water with 5 °C or more |
| Fault E5 | Communication fault, fault light on + “E5”. | Re-power on. |
| Fault E6 | Hardware heating circuit board fault has been detected | Please contact after-sale service team |
| Fault E7 | Ultra-temperature of heating parts | Automatically return to normal temperature after temperature -fall |

| Fault E4 | Inlet water temperature has been detected below 0-1°C | Use water with 5 °C or more |
